The Story: "Necrosha". A classic X-Villain hitched a ride on Destiny's body when Selene brought her back from the dead. But this villain doesn't want to be part of the Black Queen's master plan. He's got his own agenda. So it's up to Rogue, Nightcrawler, Colossus, Psylocke, Husk, Blindfold and Magneto (what? You haven't been reading Uncanny X-Men?!?!) to take this villain down. Part 2 (of 3).

This is best story taken from Necrosha. The main story has been a real disapointment. Fortunatelly Carey and Zeb Wells managed to tell better stories than Kyle and Yost.

Legacy: One of the few good x-books out so far. I like this line up. Always wanted to see Husk & Bets on the same squad as long as it isn't Austen writing it. I love Rogue's uniform, one of the best in a while. Maybe one day Betsy will get a new that sticks.

That looks great! Great art, great lines!

So Kurt got possessed, eh? Rogue is kinda mean to consider that he already died; although Proteus does consume his victims, some of them can survive if he doesn't possess them for a long time, if I'm not mistaken. If Betsy hits him with a psychic blast, maybe she can save Kurt.

I hope none of these X-Men die, although I guess none of them will die anyway (no one died in New Mutants and so far no one died in X-Force, so it's unlikely that a big casualty happens in Legacy)...

I cant believe Rogue said I dont have a habit of dying "betsy" when Betsy died for her! exactly why i cant stand Rogue, Betsy is leading the team and being all Australia era awesome.

Carey is definitely one of the stronger writers of X-Books. I'm hoping he can add some new dimensions to Betsy's character and bring back some of those nostalgic moments from the 90's when Betsy and Rogue were on the same X-team. Betsy is a perfect fit for the X-books. I don't see her being well placed anywhere else.

@Anonymous 9:23PM - I agree. I think some of Betsy's best moments were in the late 80's early 90s under Claremont and when she was in the Austrailian outback. I miss those days.

I don't think Rogue meant it like "Haha you died." It's just her saying that she knows when to strike and when to take a tactical retreat. She doesn't want to risk anyone else despite what their job entails.

sounded like a put down to betsy, shows Betts should be the leader, working much better under crisis.
