Spoilers: Melita Garner warns Psylocke and Nightcrawler that Wolverine is trapped in the Dunwich Sanatorium. Kurt and Betsy teleport there, where they find a giant psychic engine built with human brains. Psylocke tells Nightcrawler not to smash it, as the engine is like a giant psychic bomb, just waiting to go off. Betsy explains that the bomb could turn everyone crazy for a few moments, she then defuses it carefully with her psy-knife. Meanwhile, Wolverine goes on a rampage, killing everyone he sees in front of him. After Psylocke is done with the last brain-engine, Wolverine comes to his senses. Logan tracks down Dr. Rot and stabs him, however a nurse helps the mad doctor to run away by distracting Wolverine. Dr. Rot builds one more brain-powered engine; and as it explodes, he escapes. Psylocke and Nightcrawler come to their senses after the bomb's effects fade away, but are unable to find Logan. Wolverine goes to Melita's house, and Dr. Rot calls him, swearing he will be back.

Ermmm did betsy and kurt even see wolverine in this comic??
No. LOL. But it was really good!
Lol what a mis-leading cover and solicit!!
Misleading covers SUCK!! U_U
LOL I was expecting a bit of a fight but it was still good nonetheless. Betsy really was the savior of the day. She disabled all the brains which put everyone back in their right minds. GO BETSY GO BESTY GO!
Yes, Betsy rocked! Nightcrawler was big WTF. He didn't do anything. He's such a useless character nowadays that even good writers like Jason Aaron can make him work.
Such a good plot to be rushed i would have liked Betsy and Kurt to have gone mental and been stuck in there aswell, this easily could have been a 4 parter. Love doctor rot and all the gore its refreshing.
Yes, this is a wonderful issue. I'm going to get it as soon as possible.
