Psylocke looks like a purple-haired Warrior Princess in that second cover! Battle on Xena! From the bangs to the body proportions. Downright Amazonian. Fail.

Storm looks like an Amazon too.

Has anyone else noticed that the second cover shows characters from every main arc of Gischler's X-Men book?

I wonder if it's just for "cool effect" or if there's a reason for this illustration... could it mean that X-Men vol.3 will be cancelled after issue #29? I guess it's unlikely since (from what I know) this book actually has good monthly sales. But if it's not that, what could it mean?

Well, one thing is for certain: this cover is great! Nice artwork from Conrad, and it's always nice to see Psylocke next to such big heroes as Spider-Man and the Future Foundation (even if it's just a cover).

As for the skrulls infiltrated in the X-Men... do you guys have any idea of who could they be?

I'm really hoping the X-Force costume is going to end up being black. It's very purple in that cover... she's looking like Tinkywinky of the Teletubbies fame.

What the heck is up with her costume in that X-Men cover!? Exposed legs with thigh wraps? Leotard with a hot pants cut? A random ribbon-y tail (I'm assuming it's her incomplete sash).

@Rashaan - A LA LA LA LA ZEEE-NAAAAAAA!! xD

LOL, Blu. Xena!

As for the X-Fortce costume... ITA! Looks so much sleeker black with the silver sash!
