IF the x-men involved in this are Magneto, Gambit, Hope, our gal and these other heroes are just cameos or guest then I think it could be a really good lineup!
Gambit and Elektra... don't ask me why, but I think this is the partnership with most potential to work.
However, Elektra would be a much better partner to Psylocke, since they're both ninjas (although Elektra is quite more skilled in that), they both have a past with the Hand and - come on! - they wear practically the same clothes in different colors!
Considering the huge amount of similarities between Betsy post-Acts of Vengeance and Elektra, it's surprising that they never appeared in a story together, either working as a team or fighting each other...
Betsy met an alternate Elektra during Exiles but they didnt really interact much if i remember.
I actually think its because theyre so similar they keep them apart.
a series of one shots with different marvel heroes and x-men seems cool especially if it is some of the x-men that get less spotlight and not wolverine every other week. But im enjoying Nation X i think they should just continue that.
ELEKTRA! I'm glad death-in-red is getting used again. The Dark Reign Elektra mini was super awesome, and she's a kick-ass ninja. Psylocke could pick up a few ninja tricks from her.
I didn't realize how much Electra was that similar to Betsy - probably because Elektra is aesthetically boring somehow. I like the name and the idea of Elektra, but she's not that interesting.
Iam excited to see Psylocke's reaction to Elektra on the same team.. their partnership...
That's all. i think Elektra is quite boring either..Don't think she's more skilled than Betsy.. they have the same background( The Hand assassins) so.. at least they're equivalent.
I find it funny how many times over betsey has been retrained in fighting over her history, I WOULD HOPE she would rank near Elektra.
I'm pretty sure Psylocke ranks near Elektra in terms of physical skills. I don't believe they are on par (Elektra has been written as a monster ninja killer with monster ninja skills), but I'm sure Psylocke would be able to hold her own against her in a no-powers fight.
They're both powerful women who kick major ass. I don't really care who's better. I'm just happy watching. Hahaha!
Elektra sucks. Psylocke rocks my boat. Betsy, will you freaking psychic knife her already? Take her stupid bandana for your spoils.
