Spiral has been seen plotting against Mojo and going back to him several times. She's as much caught in the loop as Longshot was. Either this time, he got sick of it and remembered to do something about it, or in the long term this might just be one of their many lengthy hiatuses. But banishing her could explain why she would have any trouble mopping the floor with the likes of Puck, Storm, and Psylocke, as he is a known source of anti-life energy, and we know very little of what power source Spiral uses to do her magic.
“For so long, my life has been out of control. Chaos and serendipity, wrapped in insanity. I have suffered, I have lost. Not just my life, but my very soul, my self. But no more. Now I know who I am.” – Elizabeth ‘Betsy’ Braddock, daughter of Otherworld, mutant, telepath, telekinetic, defender of the realm and, above all, X-Man.

Awesome looking preview
Is that Psylocke on the last page, or Ricochet Rita?
@Brian
It's Psylocke. If you go back a few posts you'll see Adrian Alphona's sketches for UXF and Psylocke is wearing that outfit in them.
As for the preview. It looks like Mojo banished Spiral for some reason...
Looks incredible!!! Such amazing art!!!

I guess my question is, why, would Spiral, who has a fully cybernetic arm, be stopped by a few silly lengths of nylon rope?
