Wow, these pages look good! I don't remember much of Portacio's art in the 90s to say whether I like his art or not, but I liked these drawings.
Not much Psylocke in them, but at least we know she will appear in a considerable panel in one page (she'll probably appear in other pages too, I guess). That's more than a lot of the other X-Men will most likely have. And she looks pretty, but her hair looks a little bit too dark; I hope the colorists don't forget it is supposed to be purple (even if dark purple), not black.
