Psylocke's movesets revealed. According to somebody who got the game early, Psylocke's got:

- Telekinetic Explosion: Releases a furious explosion of telekinetic energy to all enemies in a short range, knocking them back.
- Mental Shroud: Hides from the minds of others, allowing her better chance to strike a critical location. Occasionally causes instant KO.

- Psi-Blade: Summons a blade of telekinetic energy to slice through foes, drawing in energy with every KO. Evolves at higher ranks.

That first box with Betts was the perfect time to draw a butterfly sig.
Can't wait to see her in action.
Wow, so many abilities... I hope Psylocke is one of the best characters in MUA2 (and it wouldn't hurt if she appears in some cutscenes or at least gets some special lines when meeting certain NPCs)!!
About the Cable story, I guess it will be the prelude to the final Messiah saga of the Messiah trilogy (and if Hope keeps aging that fast, soon she will be older than Jean). I wonder if his short story in Betsy's mini means she will appear in it or not...
That's really cool they included so many butterfly attacks. It's a pretty signature, I don't know why they seem to want to retcon it in the books just like her British side.
Such a wonderful torrent of Psylocke news! Too much for me to process, actually. Can't wait for the game and the comics. Who is getting MUA Wii?
nah, the wii controls will probably annoy the hell out of me. I'll get the PS2 version instead.
Centurion, I'm saving money to buy a Wii in the end of the year; if I manage to buy it, I'll definitely get MUA2 to play it!
So,I'm guessing "Cable:The long road home" will be released the same way as "Endangered Species"?
@Fsaker - Good Luck getting the Wii, my friend.
I have a wii, played the first game recently and was so annoying getting the supers to work at first, but as with most wii games, once you get the hang of it its awesome. Shaking the wiimote to get icemen to rain icicles, pushing it forward to throw caps shield, actually got real into it.
Damn i cant wait to get the thing now!!
I am playing the PS2 version right now - the graphics are not as good as they were in MUA especially Invisible Woman and Ms Marvel who look awful closeup.
I also don't see anything where you can changes costumes either.
You can play Psylocke on the 2nd level. She is BADASS!!
She can use telekinesis at WILL without using any energy. She can hold enemies still with her TK and crush them FREE!! She can also hurl enemies around. Luckily NO flying!! She strikes a pose when she summons her TK that looks very SEXY!
Her butterfly bolt looks cool.
She also has a cool British accent.
@Askanipsion - Thanks for the update! I should get the Wii version by Friday. I ordered it using value shipping from Ebgames.
There's a cuple of youtube videos with Psylocke in action. She's mostly spamming Telekinesis, but you can see some other moves as well.
Here's some more of her abilities:
Psychic Enhancement: Uses Telekinesis to enhance melee Speed and Attack Damage (Passive)
Telekinetic Ward: Uses her telekinetic powers to dodge attacks and deflect projectiles back at enemies (Passive)
Mental Immunity: Immunity to all mind controlling effects and mental damage
Triple Jump: Uses reflexes to jump an additional time in the air
Telekinesis
Seems pretty powerful!
You know that Cable story featuring in Psylocke is AWESOME news. The implications are that Psylocke is going to be seen in the spotlight by a much larger audience and it will boost sales. Wow Marvel really are currently doing right by Psylocke for a change.
Now if they just considered her being a regular in Legacy or X-force aswell as uncanny...
@Anonymous 3:19AM - This is truly great news!
