Yeah Betsy is lucky if she remains relevant as Captain Britain. A lot of readers hate her and no other writer bothers to have her ever cameo in their books, and Kwannon gets tons of variant covers.
Also it would be convoluted to introduce Betsy in shows or movies at this point without establishing the entire CB mythos first lol so Kwannon will always be an easier choice before Betsy plus the iconography and name its a lose for Betsy.
It's a very, very sad situation. And I don't see a solution for it, even if Marvel truly wanted to save Betsy.
At this point, I doubt they'll ever return the Psylocke identity to Betsy, with Kwannon having good chances of keeping the title (plus uniform, powers and all) forever from now on. They could take the Captain Britain position from her, but... then what? Many people know her only as Psylocke, not as Betsy Braddock. It would be necessary to give her a new identity (even if this new identity is her real name) and establish to the general audience who she is and, more than that, WHY they should care about her.
As Captain Britain, maybe she could be pushed outside of the X-Men bubble, as an Avenger, Defender or something - but it would take considerable effort to establish her in these teams, and it seems very unlikely that Marvel would ever do that...
Zeb Wells tag teams with an artist that draws Betsy like a demon. Zeb and Revanche kill the OG Psylocke for 10950 times is the lowest of cheap from Marvel.
“For so long, my life has been out of control. Chaos and serendipity, wrapped in insanity. I have suffered, I have lost. Not just my life, but my very soul, my self. But no more. Now I know who I am.” – Elizabeth ‘Betsy’ Braddock, daughter of Otherworld, mutant, telepath, telekinetic, defender of the realm and, above all, X-Man.

There have been so many stories about body swap trauma between the two characters. I'm glad they got to resolve things and are on their own paths.
Nice. Wells continuing the narrative Betsy = Bad

Kwannon is entitled to have the Psylocke name because Betsy saved her life and she hates her for that. Makes zero sense.
Without Betsy after siege perilous Kwannon would stay a silent vegetable. Thanks to Betsy she is a whiny bitch.
