Does anyone know who the hooded blonde woman is between Scott and Monet?

It's Husk, she wore that costume during Wolverine and the X-men. I'm not surprised Hickman is using her since he's a fan of her brother.

I really like a lot of Jean's previous costumes but I always hated her Marvel Girl costume lol and I'm disappointed they alreasy dropped Asrar's design for Jean.

@Ry, ah... Thanks. I see it now... The stone fists.

@randy, the Marvel Girl skirt is silly. Fighting in a skirt is not functional. Also, she nor any of the X-Men are no longer hiding their real identity, so the need for a mask on any of them is silly as the world knows who they are. I thought the Asrar costume made her look like a Gen 1 Sentinel, so I won’t miss it.

I love Husk and her icky power having her with Monet will bring out her best side. I don't know if Husk still can shed parts of her personality along with her skin. Jubilee was promoted on the event's splash page so I anticipate a Generation X girls reunion.

The Marvel Girl skirt and mask might look silly but they have a sense of vintage quality exactly like Psylocke's pink uniform. They seem outdated yet they dress both ladies with pizzazz.

@Jaime, if the Psylocke shows up during HOX/POX in that blousy pink number or that ass-out ninja suit, I will be vexed. LOL! Although, the blousy thing is prettier than thong one. Neither is functional.

Ha ha! Round of applause! Rahsaan in my lingo the ninja thong is called coochie-cutter. Marvel should've explained how she moved wearing that piece of tight napkin-diaper.

Thank heavens for the pink bishop sleeve there wasn't chaffing down there involved and it protected from the weather. The sleeve ribbons and faux bijoux were so posh don't know how she didn't trip.

Has anybody asked Olivia Munn how many packages of talc she used to shoot her scenes in that thongkini?

Jaime Braz said...

@Kiki M. Ishola I never heard or read of a word like ''coochie-cutter''. Does it qualify for slang use? I get the picture you are trying to paint with the thongkini. I read an article about how uncomfortable the ninja suit was for the actress in X-Men Apocalypse. It didn't mention anything about talc.

Anyone else reminded of Psylockes asrar design when you see Monet's? That's the first thing I thought of when I noticed it was miscolored in Uncanny. Coloring Betsy's outfit white in the middle section leaves it looking very similar to Monet's costume also Mockingbirds design.

But in the name of AlphaLogan.. I'll go now..................

@randybear The white middle section of Psylocke's new costume evokes Quicksilver's Uncanny Avengers costume only with a different shape because Psylocke's resembles a lot her Captain Britain uniform. Take pleasure from some panels of the Uncanny X-Men disassembled arc and Marvel Future Fight where the middle section was given a bright lavender shade.

Cochie-cutter is definitely slang. And then hand suit is a definite coochie-cutter!!!

Rahsaan said...

We used that term a lot in my Brooklyn neighborhood to describe certain outfit choices.

I've heard coochie cutter used to reference like really short shorts or a super short skirt like on da verge of a couch slip

Pardon my language everyone
