How is he mother of Fantomex alive??
No idea. I guess Rick Remander could answer that.
She just appeared in the last issue of his run even though she was seemingly killed during the Deathlock arc.
Maybe she's a clone or maybe someone just regenerated her.
I think she is a hologram or a something similar to what Evan grew up with in the fake Kansas.
