Wow X-23 versus Daken should be good : D I wonder how the X-men will deal with Emma??? And i hope Psylocke will kick some major butt, hopefully she'll face off with Emma or Dagger or Moonstone, anybody Female will be good lol XD
That Dark Avengers solicit sounds really good. I REALLY hope Betsy fights Emma and psychic knifes her! That would be great. Psylocke is the superior telepath right (despite what Wolverine and the X-Men says)?
Yeah,X-23 versus Daken will be a fight to remember! Wolverine's bilogical son versus Wolverine's female clone/kinda daughter. Lots of claws and blood!
As for Psylocke, I actually wouldn't like her fighting a dark avenger or a dark x-woman just because her opponent is also a woman. I don't think her fighting Moonstone or Dagger would be interesting (although her battle against Dagger in the Age of Apocalypse was nice). The only female I'd like to see her fight is Emma, and just because both of them are telepaths and they don't seem to like each other very much. Otherwise, I'd prefer Betsy to kick a guy's butt, like Noh-Varr, Namor or Weapon Omega (although I like Weapon Omega a.k.a. Omega Force's Guardian).
i want to see Betsy kick Emma's ass to the moon but i have a feeling they brought her back at the wrong time. all this dark x-men stuff is overshadowing everything else in the book, and it doesn't seem very interesting.
Okay, the cover of X-Men Legacy #227 was revealed, and it seems Rogue will fight Ares. So we know Daken will most likely fight X-23 (maybe Wolverine, too), Bullseye will fight some x-students, Colossus will fight Venom and Iron Patriot will fight Cyclops.
So the only Dark Avengers left for Psylocke to beat are Marvel Boy, Moonstone and the Sentry. I hope she fights one of the first two; as cool as it would be to see her against the Sentry, I think he may be too powerful for her...
the same i was thinking FSaker...well she can retain some chances if she would keep teke in addition to her reformed telepathy
Maybe Francis, but I hope she doesn't. Rachel already has the TP + TK combo, Jean also has it (and we know she'll come back sooner or later), so it wouldn't be original for Psylocke. Give her the butterfly projection and the psychic knife and I'll be happy.
BTW, we didn't discuss this, but maybe Betsy will have TWO fights - after all, the solicitations seem to imply the X-Men will all be defeated first, then they will fight back and probably win. I already said who would be the best opponents for her (Marvel Boy, Emma, Namor, Weapon Omega/Guardian), so let's hope she actually gets the spotlight twice, instead of only having one fight.
But if she only gets one fight, let's hope at least it's the fight during the second part of the crossover, where she WINS, instead of being in the first part where she'll most likely LOSE...
But wasnt there a cover of Emma, Betsy and Hank all defeated by Dark Avengers on the same team? Im confused about how this is going to play out. To be honest though guys and gals I wouldnt hold your breath im surprised if anyone will get much spotlight in this over crowded book and if the 510 fight is anything to go by it isnt going to be very satisfying.
