Siege Perilous old is new. I see Betsy step out of it with a thong and Asian eyes again.
The Carter cover has Betsy with lolli pink hair Marvel's shit never gets old.
Phil Noto is doing portrait variants wish he got assigned one for Betsy but don't see his name attached to any KoX variants :( would have also loved one from Mark Brooks
Also convinced Leah Williams and Tini Howard will just forever be given new books. Can we stop? They're not great.
Yes, please. Betsy has suffered enough in the last three years. I'm thinking of the romance with the Blob, and the humiliating sword fight with Isca. Jesus ...
Oh, my goodness! The Siege Perilous!
Does anyone know how it’s back after that dreadful Donal Pierce seem long destroyed it in the Outback?
I wonder if Bets will tell her new team how she telepathically strong-armed her old team through it to save their lives.
Also, am I the only one not excited at all about the 90s/Krakoa mashup?
I love Gillen's work, but I'm tired of these events about superheroes fighting each other... hopefully they will only fight in the first issue or two, and the other issues have them all gathering to fight a common enemy (that isn't another superhero team). For once, it may be a good thing that Betsy isn't in Krakoa.
Speaking of her, one interesting thing no one here commented yet: several books have indications of how many issues they will have, showing that they are miniseries... but this indication is NOT present in Knights of X. So maybe this isn't a limited miniseries as we were wondering...
(and Jubilee, Dazzler and Boom-Boom teaming up is a great idea, at least on paper! Hopefully the actual story will be just as good, though it is kinda messed up that Jubilee is going out to party while her infant son may be risking his life in Otherworld)
"Also, am I the only one not excited at all about the 90s/Krakoa mashup?"
You're not. I find this idea quite unnecessary, too.
