Its not the butterfly but I will take it. Betsy actually looks formidable there using her TP.

I was wondering why her CB suit was a little different. She has 2 X's on top (albeit not being in her Otherworld form) and her belt is centered, but it's to indicate it's the alt Betsy created by Jamie. When alt Betsy died though i was shook. I dont like seeing any Betsy die :'( RIP

It’s a semi-butterfly. 😔

Was that her only telepathic feat this issue?

@Psi-girl I haven't read the issue yet, but I have seen others speculate that the thing with Gambit's powers and other stuff, was to hint that the world was not as it seemed. The thing with Kwannon and the butterfly is weird. In any case, I think Betsy should still have the butterfly effect. Especially since Kwannon doesn't really a psi effect like Betsy, but rather seems to use butterfly constructs (like those stupid wings she used to fly). In any case, Kwannon mentioned in Fallen Angels how she always hated that it seemed Betsy and her were destined to cross paths, because they both had connections to butterflies. If that was the case, you would think it would then make sense to continue to show Betsy with the butterfly effect, since they went out of their way to mention they both had connections to the butterfly imagery. Smh lol.

maybe they are continuing the more that she uses telepathy, the weaker her TK?

I noticed that too PsiGirl. Her signature lately looks a lot like flower petals which I'm loving. I've always loved the contrast of a strong warrior using flower petals as their motif/signature (as seen in a multitude of animes lol)

Changing subject, I bought today the Marvel Comics #1000 book: each page tells a story (some of them connected to each other, some of them completely independent) with a different team of writer and artist, each related to a specific year of Marvel ever since it was founded.

The reason why I'm bringing this up here is this: remember when we were commenting about the mysterious people on the cover of X of Swords: Creation, on a red cloud above Apocalypse? Well, they actually appear in one of the stories, which is written by Hickman. They are the first incarnation of Apocalypse's Horsemen, from Ancient Egypt - in this story, they are dead but Apocalypse seems to be planning to bring them back to life (which is odd, as Hickman's current X-Men run said they were lost in another dimension or something, wasn't it?). I just thought some of you guys could be interested to know that.

(oh, and Psylocke appears in a single panel in the entire book. In Kwannon's body. Alongside Domino and Rogue, all of them wearing bikinis and asking Deadpool to apply sunscreen on their backs. Yeah, not her best moment, for sure)
