So much is wrong here in terms or looks being in the wrong time period and reactions, but I love Wolvie calling her ‘Locke!! 💜

Unfortunately Alan Davis' Psylocke costume isn't included. An acknowledgement to his ethereal design should have made the cut although Betsy wore a tattered dress made so by the attack of Sabretooth.

I'm happy whenever I see Psylocke and Jean work together by combining their powers just like in X-Men disassembled. Was it ever explored how Psylocke is the safety lock for Jean not lapse into Dark Phoenix?

Not to mention powers; Psylocke didn't have telekinesis to keep Mr.Sinister restrained back then.

But the art looks great.

Yeah. Also, the only X-Men who cared about Jean being alive when they saw Madelyne's feed on the television was Storm. Colossus didn't see it Nor did the others. And aside from Storm, Colossus, and Havok, the others would not have been emotionally affected as this shows Dazzler and Psylocke to be since they didn't know Jean. Alison had previously met the Force posing as Jean and Elizabeth had never met any iteration of Jean save for Madelyne.

If I recall though, this series is specifically written with some divergence to simplify and provide broad strokes for new readers, so understandable why they have so much that is inconsistent with canon. :-)

I also dislike her butterfly effect when made to look so much like an actual insect.
