FSaker said...: @treysome - The thing is, when Psylocke was created the writers had no idea that she would be turned into an Asian-looking woman and that the readers would enjoy the change, making it permanent. Betsy spent a lot of years as a Caucasian woman, in both the Captain Britain series and in Uncanny X-Men. Her body swap (which wasn't originally a body swap) was even supposed to be temporary, and only remained permanent because readers enjoyed her new look so much.

She could have started out like this in the Ultimate series, though. But her body-swap was much less convoluted there.; December 31, 2010 at 8:04 PM
