Yes. But to be fair, the three of them have had much worse uniforms than these ones (and now that the Phoenix Force left Jean, it would be weird for her to wear the usual Phoenix costume). Plus, nowadays every superhero changes uniform every one or two years, so we probably won't be seeing them wearing the current ones for a long time (except Kitty, of course... but at least the haircut she's showing in this image looks nice).

As for Psylocke's, while I think the uniform she was wearing before this new body swap was the best she ever had (and I think it would still look great in her new caucasian body), this pink one is also very nice. I mean, it's better than her debut uniform (sorry, Tazirai, I just can't get to like it, even if Silvestri made her look hot wearing it), the 1990s bathing suit, the New Exiles uniform, and DEFINITELY better than the mess she was wearing in the Revolution era...; August 14, 2018 at 12:21 PM

As for Psylocke having more pink... I dig it. It has flair. One thing we forgot with the Siege Perilous, Hand and then Later Kwannon drama is that Elizabeth was a high fashion model and she had style. When we look back to some of the old renderings of her by Davis and Silvestri she had a great sense of style in the 80s. Especially, when out of uniform. If characters, like Dazz and Rogue can incorporate their own styles into their uniforms with jackets, scarves, starbursts, etc., I think the pink works for Psy. She always liked pink as it went with her hair and power signature. And Pink is one of the boldest colors out there and stands out. For instance, when I see a man confidently wear pink, he really stands out. I think post-siege Psy became very boring and drab with her colors and style. I like some of the appeal of having a Psylocke that integrates the characters fashion roots and her warrior lessons, so I say bring on the pink. It's not like she has the flowing, ruffled blouse sleeves again or the high heels which many of you liked on both the original pink uniform and the hand leotard one. I think it'll be nice to see her pay attention to her style again with something not so mundane or even worse colors that clash like her dark navy leotard with bright red sash. I will admit that her last two uniforms by Anka and Land were solid though and had matching colors. I did this new one a lot too though. Also, if y'all could rock with those impossible leg straps, off the shoulder top that plausibly can stay on should be no problem.

Idk I just dislike conpletely her in Styx's (or however she was called) body. Rahsaan said...: @Finn, I also dig the lavender hair as it goes better with her white body as the dark purple does better on the darker skin (when they actually drew it darker). Truth be told she was rarely drawn to look Asian except for the lank, coarse, straight hair and sometimes yellowish skin. I'd argue that most of the time even Jim Lee who is Asian-American drew her to not look particularly East Asian, which is a shame. In fact, lee is bad at drawing non-white people in general. One of my friends for years when we were kids thought "Psylocke just started squinting a lot with her new action junkie attitude." The only time Lee ever made her actually look Asian was when he was really new and a fledgling during Acts of Vengeance before becoming lazy with his art and drawing everyone to look the same. (His Caucasian Bets was also drawn excellently during that story and in his first X issue with Nanny and Orphan Maker).; August 15, 2018 at 4:30 PM
