Mark Brooks: "This is the artwork for the lithograph of Psylocke from the X-Men that goes along with the Sideshow Collectibles statue that I designed and was sculpted by the amazing Adam Ross. I like some elements of the litho but it is far and away from how I envisioned it. Oh well, better luck next time. Pencil and ink on bristol board and colored in photoshop."

She looks amazing!! Though I wonder how she can stand in the snowy cold weather wearing only a bathing suit...
Sophisticated. Love it.
Mark Brooks has done a lot better work for pin-ups and what not. (especially for Emma Frost) this is generic since I know he's capable of a lot better quality.
Shame, he's one of my favorite artists.
Pretty costume. I love her.
It's gorgeous! She looks like a much more womanly Keiko Kitagawa.
why do her feet look like they are melting? if she were to have combat in that outfit she'd be out for the count in the first 5 minutes by slipping in the snow. SMH and why do her lips HAVE to be purple?????????? does ANYONE do portraits of the classic psylocke with big farrah fawcett hair and pink puffy sleeve outift? now i WOULD collect that statue.
It's a cute image, that's for sure.
Why do people complain about EVERYTHING? :)
It's a lovely piece of art.
of course people don't do the old fluffy pink psylocke lol. she wore that for very few years and was not very popular. of course she's going to be drawn in this costume. she's had the same one for 20 years.
i think it's a great picture, but yes it's stupid that she's in ice snow with her ass hanging out. why put her in japan surrounded by dojos and holding a samuri sword? she's not even a real fucking asian. and this pic makes her look white too lol. pretty pic though.
For the record: I am NOT complaining about her outfit, she looks great in this artwork! I just made a joke about Psylocke being half-naked in a cold weather, which is odd. But it looks great nevertheless.
And this time there is an excuse for her to not wear an "X" badge in her outfit, since she's not appearing in this picture as an X-Man, just as a lonely warrior.
