As for the armor appearing twice, I guess the one on the front is meant to represent Outback Psylocke, and the one on the back is Sisterhood Psylocke (you know, when Red Queen put Betsy's soul in her original body and controlled her mind to attack the X-Men in San Francisco).

@X-Man, That's from Age of X-Man. I think Renegade was referring to Age of X, the event Mike Carey wrote, where Legion created a fake reality in Utopia, in which Betsy (who was part of the TK elite alongside Legion, Hellion, Unuscione and Rachel) still had her original body and wore a lavender uniform that resembled a dress.
