So next week it will all be over, eh? Both AoXM Omega and the final issue of UXM will be released next Wednesday. Both had some highs and some lows; far from being the best era for the X-Men, but not the worst era either (I mean, we've had Claremont's Revolution, the post-Battle of the Atom stories, the recent Blue/Gold teams...).
Anyway, are you guys ready for what will come once both of these stories are over? I am!

I'd be thankless to rate Disassembled as bad story for the service done to Psylocke. She was amazing in that and less so in the Age of X-Man. It wasn't garbage Bendis, but could be greater. I don't want Hickman tο write a second Battle of the Atom and Slym and Redd Dayspring. We had many time jumps and travels. Although Hickman promised not to use time travel I'm afraid of magic.
I welcome the wipe out of clones and doppelgangers in Marvel comics. The 616-earth got too busy with clone wars.
I am ready and anxious to see how Marvel will handle the delicate situation with Psylocke. Most readers know her Yellowface version so Marvel has to come up with good stories to shape Betsy into an original character that she initially was and not the walking talking stereotype of a ninja she was turned into.
I always see Silver Surfer in Iceman and vice versa. Buonfantino does a fairly good job to show Iceman is made of ice. Without the frozen hair and light blue hues it's expected to confuse Bobby with Norrin Radd.

Unknown the yellowface is not an argument it is a problem and a racist trademark used to raise Psylocke's stock price during the 90s and 00s.
Add to that the raunchy costume, which Jim Lee designed, and the spiked cocktail of Japanese ninja tradition becoming an impure commodity to boost comic sales is served to unaware customers.
The disrespectful body swap, which changed a White woman into something she is not and treated an Asian female as a piece of meat angers the fans. Plus the (s)exploitation of Oriental and Japanese culture sewn onto a British origin to create an artificial Hapa.
