Such a great issue! Probably one of my favorites in the whole series :P

I'm really glad to see humanoid EVA, but it sucks that Fantomex had to die. Couldn't he just live a little longer?

Daken is mean. I hope the X-Force exterminates him and the whole Brotherhood soon (Mystique and Sabretooth may survive, as they're classic X-villains, but Daken and Shadow King must die!!).

I was right when I told here that the shadow in the cover of UXF#28 could be EVA in her human form. I'm really happy to see that EVA is being explored again by such a great writer as Rick Remender!

A really nice issue. Glad to see humanoid Eva appear. Fantomex took a while to grow on me & when he did it seemed his misdirection was used a lot as a dues ex. With him gone I wonder how Remender will handle this?

Damn. Fantomex really got it mean and nasty. Hopefully Betsy and EVA carve the up the Skinless man real good for that.

I hope Remender explains why Mystique is working with Destiny's killer.

^Good question, Blu. But since no one has ever explained how Creed is back after being decapitated by the Murasama blade, don't hold your breath on any explanations. In general, I like Remender, but it just seems that Marvel writers nowadaya just ignore continuity.

Blu and Ballista,
Glad you two touched on this. I've come to regard Remnder as an ubermensch, so hope he will clarify Mystique's motivations and the mechanism of Sabretooth's resurrection. Also, still hoping to know how the Sisterhood captured Psylocke. Even though he brought her back, still think that Fraction should be slapped upside the head for the shittiness that was that arc

FSaker,
I totally agree with you... save for one point. Raven and Victor also need to die too. They've done too much to be redeemed. While they're classic, it's time they paid for all the death, destruction, murder and mayhem. At this point, I'm sure even Anna and AOA Kurt would say that the world would be a better place without their mother in it. And that would leave the door open for the evolution of brand, new villains.

@Rahsaan
I'd love to see some of the villains die too... in excruciating, bloody fashion. The problem however, is that the comic industry tends not to kill villains, because it simply has a deficiency in creating original villains to begin with. Case in point, 2 members of the current Brotherhood are Wolverine rip-offs. On a side note, I really hate that they killed Jean-Phillipe just as I was starting to like him; his dialogue with Mystique was awesome...

Fantomex: You make love NOTHING like Betsy.

Mystique: Yet you continued...

Fantomex: I didn't say it was bad.

I've made my own wild guess in regards to the Sisterhood arc. Sometime after the Sword of the Braddocks, the Exiles were simply sent back home (also explaining why Sabertooth was there for UXF's AoA arc). Maddie must have caught her right at the moment of her arrival.

Even MORE confusing is that she should still be undetectable to electronics, WHERE DID THAT GO? There was also that whole Psylocke vs "Darque Psylocke" thing... I don't believe for a second it was Revanche.
