Wow, that's probably the most gorgeous Psylocke that Dodson has ever drawn! Really amazing! But what is Storm wearing? Has she changed her uniform AGAIN?? (while Betsy is still wearing the same thing since the 1990s?)

She could have appeared a little more in X-Men #13.

@Fsaker - I have to agree with you here. Betsy's pose is beautiful as is this rendition.

Too bad Uncanny will be cancelled...
At least we have X-Force.

@centurion - Actually, as we know now, Uncanny will just be "rebooted" as Cyclops's team book. The real sad part isn't its (fake) cancellation, it's Dodson leaving art duties in it (although he'll be replaced by Carlos Pacheco, who is also very talented in art) while GREG LAND stays...

If Betsy stays in Cyclops's team, I hope they won't get romantically involved again. It was interesting back in the 1990s, but now it would just reinforce the fake notion that Psylocke goes to bed with every man available...

LOL that's Psylocke's frequent conception as a Marvel version Desperate Housewife.... i can't really see some of those stands btw Betsy being on Scott's team has a point but i really hope that would not happen....i see her as the usual faceless character in the background yet, together with Iceman

It's just character bloat, really. THey created way too many, & refused to retire anyone. (Scott had been happily retired with Madelyne in Alaska until Marvel felt the need to bring Jean back - which led to Scott returning & the invention of Madelyne as a goblin queen - rather than describe Scott leaving his loving wife for jean in a different way..)
Anyway, I loved seeing Psylocke shine in UXF, & hopefully it continues with the 5 we love as its an alright setup. But, they really have to either start retiring the old characters that have had every single thing explored about their characters (Storm anyone? Love her but she's had the best stories & it doesnt seem like she can go anywhere else without people just rehashing her older stories in inferior ways. Scott should be retired even moreso. etc) OR/and stop introducing new student characters.
Otherwise there will be many faceless characters like Francis says - & you're right I can see her just being with Iceman or Gambit - totally unused while the focus remains on Cyclops & Emma, or Magneto & Rogue, for another 5 years..
