The Story: SECOND COMING, Chapter 8
Bastion's plan comes to fruition as an impenetrable dome makes the Bay Area a prison. It's bad enough for the millions of humans, but it's even worse for the 98% of the world's mutants who live there.

who is the afroamerican guy besides psylocke???? quien es el tipo afroamericano al lado de psylocke??
Lo mismo me pregunto...
It looks like Bishop, but he would be too busy trying to decapitate Hope. Thus, I've no idea.
Betsy looks good, but the rest... ugh.
Does Land know that Bishop is no longer with the X-Men? And who is that black-haired chick next to Psylocke? Surge with wrong hair color? Armor with wrong hair length?
And take a look at the face of the woman in the last panel of the last page... the scene should be dramatic, terrifying, but it ends up comical because her mouth is just abnormally large (...maybe she's a mutant and that's her mutation?).
Oh well, at least we know that Professor Carey will most likely give us a great story to compensate for the art!
Who the hell are all those background characters in Psylocke's panel???
Suddenly Hope is a 22 year old porn star thanks to Greg Land!
This is the best it's going to get too, folks. From now on this is great art haha. Wow.
Carey is a great writer. It's a shame he's writing in this messy storyline/arc. & has such a terrible tracer. Oh sorry I mean "penciller". cough cough
I can only imagine what kind of picture Land traced for the girl in front of Betsy.
Sorry - I hate Land's Psylocke. She's got a good body but:
1) Her lips make her look like a fish
2) She has Jem & the Holograms hair
Why does he give her bushy hair all the time? Does he prefer chicks with big bush that much?
@ the 2 anonymous's above me:
hahaha I was going to say the same thing about the girl with the gaping mouth in front of Psylocke. It's almost TOO obvious where he traced that one from! No sorry it IS too obvious haha.
& the next anonymous: I think he just traces what he can find. He must work for cheap. None of what Land does is "Art", you realize?
I actually think this looks better than Land's usual stuff. I don't mind it. It's even better than Dodson's shiteous art.
I like it.
Lol... big bush. That's just how Land renders women's hair. You'll notice it on his blondes mostly (Susan Storm, Emma), and he did it all the time on Jean. I don't think he remembers how to draw hair any other way.
i still think Dodson does better than Land... big time.
I think Dodson is a brilliant artist.
I dislike Dodson's art I would take terrible Land over them anyday.
Is that Cannonball? Isn't he in Limbo already rescuing Magik??
