It's nice that Betsy's hair was colored purple this time. But... I'm not sure what to think about this solicitation. So we're going from Merlyn to Doom to a rebellion in Otherworld? What about Morgan and Coven Akkaba? I hope there's a connection between these threads (and as much as I love Betsy getting the spotlight, I hope Howard remembers the other X-Men in Excalibur could use some attention, too).

Other than that, I'm looking forward to Inferno (hopefully Betsy can appear in it and maybe even finally become a major player in the Krakoan politics), and kinda curious about how The Trial of Magneto will end (and whether Wanda's death will be undone by re-establishing her as a mutant). The other books... eh... not that interested. Also, there's no second issue for that Onslaught story... is it meant to be a one-shot?

(and was X-Corp cancelled or is it just taking a break in October like Excalibur will do in August?)

Gawk at the irony a female writer takes the femininity outta Betsy and a male artist injects Betsy her femininity back with a gown. First cover Betsy wears her purple hair pour champagne 🍾! Aha aha!

Sword and Inferno look good. I want to support Excalibur if Betsy gets in shape and uses her powers.

Everything looks pretty good, except Excalibur...that sounds like a drag. Hoping the newly resurrected and retconned Psychic Force can get some action in this one, or maybe they can rescure Redroot from Jim Jaspers? The Technet drops by? Vixen? Something? Bueller...bueller...
