It's sad to read these solicits and realize that Captain Britain's is by far the least interesting one.
It's been a while since I stopped reading X-books (though I did read the A.X.E. main miniseries). I don't know who are the current members of the Quiet Council, but I suspect Betsy won't even be among the options to fill the empty spot (in fact, I'll be surprised if anyone in the Council even remembers she exists, after she became so distant from Krakoa to deal with Otherworld. And I don't blame them.).
As for Heralds of Apocalypse, hopefully this cover means that Death will rejoin his father and siblings. It's about time.
Anything BUT purple. Neon pink yuckness for hair. Does anybody know it's Betsy Meggan or Diamondback anymore?
Ugh...Steve Orlando (The male Tini Howard). I thought he would be out after he got Marauders canceled. And at this stage with Betsy, she is a non-character. Nobody cares about Captain Britain, Rachel, or Betsy anymore except a few lesbians on Twitter.
Last edition?
And again betsy holds a sword and a shield and do nothing
I gave Marauders a chance, and dropped it after 3 issues. This stuff is a mess. Orlando and Howard are equally horrible writers.
How embarrassing at this point. A contest of ego and failure on behalf of Marvel continue Tini Howard's lackluster run. I hear a lot about climate change and saving the planet. Therefore is preferred to not waste any more paper and chemicals on bad content.
@unknown. The way I understand it, it will be the last edition unless the book has good sales.
I'm ready for Brian to take back the mantle and for Betsy to get a new writer.
Does Brian also have duck & dragon versions of himself? Just seems so silly to me looking at this cover.
