Spoilers: After a brief intercalation between Cullen Bloodstone and Excalibur, Cullen invites the team to speak in a civilized manner over a meal. Cullen requests that in the great tradition of the hunt, Excalibur refrains from using their mutant powers as he will refrain from unleashing his monster form. Later that night, Rictor sneaks out and eavesdrops Cullen reaching out to Coven Akkaba in the event things don’t go well for him. Cullen notices Rictor and explains that he is just scared of mutants being in charge and kisses Rictor. Rictor rushes to Betsy’s bedroom and warns her that Cullen is in league with Coven Akkaba. The next day, Excalibur regroups and the hunt is resumed. Rogue wears her Warwolf skin and tracks down the remaining Warwolves with Gambit. Betsy allows Jubilee to use her powers in order to lure Cullen out, who takes the bait and unleashes his monster form again. Rogue wearing her Warwolf skin defeats Cullen, who falls unconscious. Excalibur retrieves all five Warwolves skulls and decides to leave the Bloodstone estate, however the team comes across a baby Warwolf. Betsy decides to take the puppy back to Krakoa and warns Apocalypse that the baby is not be harmed as they have retrieved all five skulls necessary for his ritual. Apocalypse agrees. Afterwards, Betsy decides to hand the Warwolf puppy to Rachel, who promises to look after him.

I guess I'll need to read this issue to make a better assessment; judging from this description, the plot seems to be quite messy.
So, is Cullen now another enemy of the X-Men? But then he goes and kisses Rictor (and I'd support this ship but then I remember Cullen may still be underage, so... no). Or is it supposed to be some sort of weird, friendly challenge?
And the warwolf puppy is something that may bite them in the ass (literally in this case) later. But Rachel, who has good experience with them, accepted the puppy (then again, Rachel has a long list of bad decisions), so... oh well.
Finally, one thing I just realized now: the cover for this issue has seven heads on the wall... whose head is the seventh one? Pete Wisdom? Adult Shogo?
