To be fair, according to Hickman there isn't a fixed look for each X-Man or X-Woman in this era (something like Krakoan technology providing them with different looks or stuff like that).
Granted, this shouldn't apply to Betsy as her uniform is supposed to come from her amulet rather than Krakoan technology, but still.
@FSaker Betsy's Psylocke costume (Asrar design) can be generated from Krakoan tech as seen in Excalibur #1 but her Captain Britain costume is materialized from the Amulet of Right, hence it is magical. Color variations shouldn't exist.
“For so long, my life has been out of control. Chaos and serendipity, wrapped in insanity. I have suffered, I have lost. Not just my life, but my very soul, my self. But no more. Now I know who I am.” – Elizabeth ‘Betsy’ Braddock, daughter of Otherworld, mutant, telepath, telekinetic, defender of the realm and, above all, X-Man.

FSaker it's a coloring error plain and simple.
Costumes created by magical islands CAN change colour, and costumes created by magical amulets CAN'T change colour. Makes perfect sense to me haha
