Adventures in Poor Taste!: Hickman recently shared his favorite X-Men characters, so this seemed like the perfect time to ask Comicbook Addict’s (@casterlylion11) question: Who are Jordan White’s top five X-Men?

Exactly. Even if Hickman didn't like Psylocke the editors will take care of her.
I think Hickman also likes Psylocke. He showed an alternate version of her as Captain Britain in an alternate world whose heroes fought the Illuminatti, she was mentioned in the Time Runs Out arc (one of the few X-Men who was mentioned there, alongside Cyclops and Beast), and an alternate Betsy appeared in the second issue of Secret Wars. And she got cameos (very short cameos, but still) in both of his AvX issues.
Problem is, the fact he likes her doesn't mean he intends to use her. He seems to be the kind of writer that first thinks of the overall story and then analyzes which characters would contribute to it (while many writers first choose the characters they will use and only think of the story later). And, judging from the covers and art released so far, it seems HoX will feature just X(avier), Magneto, Cyclops, Wolverine, Jean and Emma, while PoX seems to bring entirely new mutants... hopefully this impression is wrong and she will be featured in one of these books.

@Benjamin Hutton yes she is back although we don't know if her soul is really in there. Did she have to go and behead Joseph in cold blood? We'll see how the X-Men react to that in the next issue.
