As for the result, unfortunately I think she'll lose. Remember, the other battle in this issue will be Thor vs. Slutty Phoenix of the Crown (aka Emma Frost) - Emma will most likely win her fight, to show readers how powerful the Phoenix Five are. So Daredevil will probably win, so that the Avengers and the X-Men are tied in number of victories.
Plus, from these pages, it seems that she is not capable of using her telepathy against him... still, I hope that at least Remender makes her beat Daredevil in a couple parts of the battle.
Changing subject, the recap page for Avengers Vs. X-Men #6 shows that Psylocke will appear in it: http://www.comicbookresources.com/prev_img.php?pid=12686&pg=7

Depends on what she trying to do. If she's trying to read his mind, then it might make sense that she would be overwhelmed by all the information provided by his super senses.
But if he's "immune to telepathy" then I'm calling ass pull and bullshit.
You know what I would love? They fight for a while. Then she says something like "thanks for the sparring session DD but I need to go now" and knocks him out with a huge psy-blast. That would be cool.
It seems that most heroes gain an inexplicable, magical (and totally boring) resistance to psi-anything when they get their own series. But maybe that's not the case here. It just looks that way without dialogue. And I'm a pessimist.
I'm not reading VS. I'm sick of The Avengers winning every fight in outrageously unlikely scenarios. When Gambit blew up Captain America's shirt, he would not be able to just stand right back up. He's not invulnerable. He's just more popular than Gambit.
I suppose it has to be that way, though. If it were more "realistic" the entire arc would consist of one issue in which Psylocke, Rachel, Xavier, Emma, and the Stepford Girls sat in a room and thought the Avengers to death.
Well, to be fair, the X-Men won half of the battles in VS so far. Last issue, Colossus easily beat the Thing up, and Magik defeated Black Widow (even though she took a good beating before defeating the Widow).
My guess is that, by the end of issue #5, each side will have five victories and five defeats; it's the fight between Hope and the Scarlet Witch in issue #6 that will determine which side won in number of victories...
Even if Betts does lose, I don't think Remender will let his precious little ninja suffer an embarrassing defeat. I'm sure she will hold her own very well, or fight to a standstill, if not win altogether.
But then again, Magneto lost to Iron Man so idk anymore.
“For so long, my life has been out of control. Chaos and serendipity, wrapped in insanity. I have suffered, I have lost. Not just my life, but my very soul, my self. But no more. Now I know who I am.” – Elizabeth ‘Betsy’ Braddock, daughter of Otherworld, mutant, telepath, telekinetic, defender of the realm and, above all, X-Man.

The art is amazing! I hope she wins..
I have a bad feeling she's going to lose... It's pretty obvious that a TP would win, so I'm assuming they'll make her lose :(
Plus, I don't think Remender wants to be known to make Psylocke into a Mary Sue.
I hope I'm wrong though!
Gorgeous art!! Also looking for her winnig the match! Against him and against Domino too he But with this last one anything at all can happen.

I agree. That would be perfect.
