Okay, so New Mutants get Nate Grey, Moonstar, Sunspot and Warlock. I'd say that the flying figure is Cannonball, but then I remember that some writers and artists like to picture Magma flying (even though she CAN'T), so it could be her.
As for the person behind Nate... Karma? Cypher? Domino? No idea...

Karma I think is in the X-Men #20 image. You can see someone with a cyber leg.
It looks like a guy so Brian's guess is likely to be correct.
