@The Great Black North - yeah the Emma vision was amazing to see. It gave lots of hints about the future for Hope and Jean. Makes Emma almost seem like a child-killer.
@FSaker - Marvel doesn't really seem to care about a character being in more than one place. And is that Boom Boom behind her?
@whitephoenix - Yes, that's Boom Boom. You can tell because of her outfit and the energy in her hands (even though physically Land traced her as any other blonde X-Woman).
And you're right; now I remembered that Wolverine is having Fear Itself missions in at least three books (X-Force, Avengers and his solo book) - and he may be appearing in the main series as well (I don't know, I'm not reading it). And Deadpool also has a solo tie-in in Fear Itself, so I guess Betsy can have appearances in more than one series as well.
“For so long, my life has been out of control. Chaos and serendipity, wrapped in insanity. I have suffered, I have lost. Not just my life, but my very soul, my self. But no more. Now I know who I am.” – Elizabeth ‘Betsy’ Braddock, daughter of Otherworld, mutant, telepath, telekinetic, defender of the realm and, above all, X-Man.

One of my favourite Comics this month! I love when Emma is having that fevered nightmare of Phoenix!
Not bad. Not good either, but coming from Land, I guess it's much better than expected.
But how is she even fighting Juggernaut? Isn't Betsy supposed to be chasing the Purifiers (and having a bomb detonate in her face) during Fear Itself?

I fail to see how Boomer's bombs could be considered a psionic attack.
