I'm surprised Jubilee is the one teaching Rictor about the UK; she's not usually shown as a knowledgeable girl. That's nice!
And Gambit charging and throwing back the bottle at the crowd harassing him? I LOVE IT!
But gosh, four issues in and Rogue is still sleeping? Come on, Tini, we wanna see our Southern belle joining the fun and taking part in the action!
@FSaker Jubilee is to the point when she talks so I like that is still faithful. Rictor used to be rude and wild. Boom Boom was the instigator but he seems awfully chill.
Is it a coincidence that Betsy and Remy have been Horsemen of Apocalypse in the past and they are tested now? Is there a connection with Apocalypse and his first Horsemen?
Rogue sure isn't sleeping and I hope she comes out of that thing sane.

Personally, I am starting to become less and less interested in Betsy Braddock under this new mantle...
Alexis, she needs to lose the cape and a more exciting writer needs her not just a woman for the sake of saying a woman wrote her 🙄
@Alexis the costume isn't to blame the mantle is.
Carol Danvers went through the same when she was forced into a male identity to abandon her own to a new poc hero like Betsy was instructed to do recently.
The change is hard to accept because Betsy had a successful run as the original Psylocke and she is inextricably tied to the Psylocke name as an X-Woman. Carol wasn't super popular as Ms.Marvel or Captain Marvel before her MCU film.
The positive is that Betsy remains a melee combatant with some tk elements present.
Fault is in the writers period. Betsy has a fixed character and history with the X-Men. Writers make for bad or good rep and the changes that keep snowballin let us down. The old issues with classic Betsy are available to be read for reference.
Gambit has lost his cool with Rogue sick. Apocalypse has big plans but Gambit was his Death and anger triggers him to wake up too. Just saying.
