Q: In Mystery in Madripoor #1, Viper says "after nearly draining our guest dry, Sapphire is still quite hungry". Is this "guest" someone we should keep an eye on?
Jim Zub: Absolutely. You’ll see who that is in issue #2. :)
Jim Zub on Mystery in Madripoor #4: “Retailers will not order enough copies of Mystery In Madripoor #4 and will be left scrambling after release when [REDACTED] happens.”
Jordan D. White on Mystery in Madripoor: “With this series shining a spotlight on the ladies of the X-Men it probably won’t shock you to learn that it will have a huge impact on the X-Men at-large... but it will shock you what that impact is! Jim Zub is doing something I’ve been hoping for for a long time...”

I wonder what happens in issue #4 that is such a big deal 🤔
Me too, girl.
Psylocke gets her body back lol.
Tazirai you know heifers get big mad whenever you restart the Body Wars.
The cameltoe bathing suit fans will drag you.
I thought about it, too. But how would she get her body back? It's not in Madripoor (in fact, it was quite damaged the last time we saw it, wasn't it)?
But if that happens and she still retains her fighting skills, that's cool! And since Spiral changed both bodies to make them look similar to each other, it's not like she'll look very different anyway.
FSaker,it might be a new creation of the white woman body. Cassandra made one before and Jamie did too. Maybe someone else got another one.
The body change theory is strong because of #4 cover only showing her hand.
But she looks the same in Dead Ends cover.
I used to be one of the caucasian-body-return defensors, now I think it will only mess up Betsy's history even more though.
Psyloco, not if we just forget Kwannon and Matsuo ever lived. That would be best for everybody.
Is it confirmed that Psylocke is changing back to her original self?
If so, then that is pretty regressive story telling.
Regressive from the current problematic self? Unknown, you and I had reached a peaceful coexistence but now you are up to your old mess again.
Anonymous, there is no "you and I".
I guess you have a relationship with another unknown user?
Also, you talk pretty big for someone who goes by "Anonymous". Pretty cowardly.
There are no problematic storylines being told about Psylocke currently.
Chill out, sweetie. I’m not talking big. Not yet anyways. You have to watch your blood pressure.
Come on, folks, let's not argue over this. She has lived in both bodies before, so while another body swap could be a little convoluted, it's not such a big deal (I mean, in terms of ethnic representation it is a big deal, but let's face it, Betsy was never a representative character for either caucasian or asian people). What really matters is that Psylocke retains her personality, powers and skills, and that we can finally move on from this entire mess. Well, to me it is enough, at least.
(by the way, I'm not sure if "asian people" is the right term to refer to this ethnic group; if it isn't, please forgive me, and I appreciate if anyone can inform the right term).
No argument from me now that I put Unknown in its place.
Asian people is the correct term, Oriental is not.
For the ONE reader who would get confused about Psylocke, kindly refer them to the Google Box.
I feel like reverting Psylocke to who she was is just a publicity stunt. Mainstream audiences know this version of Psylocke, so just try and tell better stories with her instead of doing a storyline that is bringing up this feud again.
Thank you for the answer, Tazirai!
Two snaps up!
Boooo! gtfoh.
This is supposed to be a fan page for Psylocke, and if people want to share their perspective on here, they should be able to without verbal attacks.
Some people on these forums are obsessively citing source material from the comics and shaming anybody who doesn't know as much.
Psylocke has been featured in comics, cartoons, movies, and video games and some people like the character for her appearances in different mediums.
ALL fans of the fictional character should be able to express their views without users like anonymous who say harmful things like "gtfoh" and friends of these users who reference that "ONE" user.
Stop acting like bullies and go for a walk.
Whatever happens in issue 4 is not going to be as big as any of you think it is. The reason being is that this is a story centered around Wolverine's return, and that alone will always be the elephant in the room. None of the writing will be focused on drastic changes to any of the other X-Men. 1. They are not killing Psylocke (seriously, this topic is soooo dead, pun intended), 2. I've no idea where this 'giving back her original body' theory came from, but it's totally from left field and doesn't fit (pun intended again), especially since they already done it way back the Sisterhood story arc. Basically, it will be something really anti-climatic, like Betsy snaps out of it and murders Star Sapphire. The end.
