This cover for Uncanny X-Force #16 by Mike del Mundo is part of Marvel's 50th Anniversary celebration which will see variants throughout the month of October.
The Secret Invasion cover you're talking about was an homage to the original New Avengers #1 cover which is what they're doing with this X-Force cover.
“For so long, my life has been out of control. Chaos and serendipity, wrapped in insanity. I have suffered, I have lost. Not just my life, but my very soul, my self. But no more. Now I know who I am.” – Elizabeth ‘Betsy’ Braddock, daughter of Otherworld, mutant, telepath, telekinetic, defender of the realm and, above all, X-Man.

hmmm meh, hope she appears on the X-Men one as well
I like the color scheme, but the art... not so much. Could be the worst Archangel rendition I've ever seen. Form way too big, and his wings too small.
Psylocke at least wasn't butchered, but still not her best appearance.
I like the cover. It looks like the cover for Secret Invasion #1, if I'm not mistaken.
But unlike the New Avengers in that cover, Psylocke does NOT have a skrull chin in this one. Thank Marvel for that.
