With a little bit of work here and there and I got it! Here's the whole background image from Matt Fraction's Marvel.com video. This could be the cover for Uncanny X-Men #509, but we still don't know that for sure. Enjoy it!

Meh. I love British Betsy like whoa, but I would really really like to see a new artist on this. I mean, the two sides of her face look exactly the same. You'd think that Land could have found two different pictures to trace.
