Uncanny X-Men #10 Spoilers

Spoilers: Jean Grey enlists the help of all X-Men against Nate Grey and his Horsemen. Cannonball attempts to blasts his way to X-Man, but is badly injured instead. Pixie teleports Sam out and returns to the battle field. The Horsemen of Salvation overpower the X-Men easily. Jeans asks for the help of Psylocke, Sage, Cuckoos and No-Girl so they can combine forces. Betsy wants to break X-Man’s hold on Storm before she joins the telepaths. Jean and the psychics form a perimeter around Nate and focus on combining their powers. Meanwhile, Psylocke has Angel bring her to Storm, where Betsy strikes Ororo with her psychic sword. Storm is freed from X-Man’s control, and Angel saves both women before they fall to the ground. Storm is enraged about the violation of her mind and strikes a powerful lightning on Nate Grey. Psylocke joins the telepaths, and together, they manage to split Nate from Legion. However, Jean finds herself trapped inside Nate’s mind. Jean tries to reason with Nate once more and speaks of her own actions as Phoenix and all the pain she has caused, the same he is doing now. This overpowers Nate Grey, who loses his hold on his Horsemen. Magneto, Blob and Omega Red all come to their senses. Nate explains to Jean that he’s dying and wanted to do something good as his last act. He came across a life seed, which essentially increased his powers. Nate concludes that he can’t save the world when the X-Men always stand on his way. X-Man bids farewell, and suddenly, all the X-Men are gone. Nobody knew what happened, but the world returned to the way it once was. And the world celebrated the death of the X-Men. The anti-mutant vaccine was put into immediate circulation. The world was done with mutants. And Cyclops was there to witness the fall of mutantkind.

Next: Enter the Age of X-Man.

Uncanny X-Men #9 Spoilers

Spoilers: An enraged Nate Grey appears before the X-Men after merging with Legion. Nate rallies his Horsemen against the X-Men, killing Multiple Man, who turned out to be a dupe, and converting Storm into a Horseman in the process. Psylocke attempts to fight Nate head on but is overwhelmed. Jean makes sure Betsy is okay and realizes they are outpowered, hence she sends a telepathic message to every other X-Men out there calling for help. Nate Grey is preventing Pixie from teleporting the others, so Armor volunteers to distract him. Armor takes Rockslide and Glob inside her shield and absorbs the four Horsemen into her armor. Meanwhile Psylocke, Bishop and the others focus on Nate, attacking him at once. Back at the Institute, Beast confronts Anole, who admits he has stolen the vaccine to give mutants a chance of not becoming outcasts. Beast disapproves his actions as now the government has a weapon against mutantkind. Jean telepathically guides Pixie, who teleports other mutants to the battle, including Beast. Apocalypse takes the chance and attempts to kill Senator Allen, but Kitty Pryde saves him. Nate Grey tries to sink the continent by moving the tectonic plates as he thinks the problem is the word itself, which he will end at once. Jean tries to reason with her son, to no fruition. That is when other X-Men like Beast, Colossus, Dazzler, Meggan, etc. appear before them.

Uncanny X-Men #8 Spoilers

Spoilers: Despite Nate Grey disappearing before the X-Men, his Horsemen of Salvation continue to be under his influence. Bishop, Jean Grey and Psylocke come across an unconscious Legion and wonder where Nate and the kids might have gone to. With Nate gone, Kitty frees herself and explains that she has been kept captive along with Apocalypse and Senator Allen. Apocalypse assures the X-Men they all have bigger problems at the moment. Jean and Betsy manage to break into Legion’s mind and find out David has trapped the kids and Nate Grey into a hellish version of the Age of Apocalypse inside his head. Bishop wants to rescue the kids immediately, but Kitty thinks they should let the students buy them some more time to figure out how to solve this problem. Apocalypse suggests killing Legion to end X-Man once and for all, including sacrificing the kids in the process. The X-Men stop En Sabah Nur just in time. While Jean contains Apocalypse, Bishop asks Psylocke to put him inside Legion’s head. Betsy does so with her psychic sword, and Bishop finds himself in the mental Age of Apocalypse. Bishop prevents Armor from killing Nate Grey just in time. Nate realizes the Age of Apocalypse isn’t real and faces Legion, using David’s own mind against himself. Bishop, Pixie, Armor, Glob and Rockslide are brought back to the physical world. The X-Men, the students and Apocalypse are taken aback when a merged Legion/Nate Grey appear before them. Back at the Xavier Institute, Beast confronts Anole about stealing the vaccine.

Uncanny X-Men #7 Spoilers

Spoilers: It’s been months since Legion banished X-Man and the students to the Age of Apocalypse. Armor and Glob have teamed up with Nate Grey, who is looking for a shard of the M’kraan Crystal as a means to return to Earth-616. Nate takes Armor and Glob to the same laboratory AoA-Sinister created him. They find the Crystal shard, but it was drained long ago and is now useless. Pixie and Rockslide, who have been pursuing their former teammates, make their way to the laboratory and attack Armor and Glob. It’s been revealed that the students parted ways because Pixie and Rockslide believe X-Man must die while Armor believes Nate is their only way back to Earth-616. Pixie explains that they must end Nate now that he’s been weakened to prevent him from destroying their home reality. Armor finally understands Pixie’s point of view and prepares to kill Nate Grey.

Note: None of the X-Men appear in this issue.

Uncanny X-Men #6 Spoilers

Spoilers: In Chernaya, right after shifting back into Archangel, Warren attacks Magneto. Erik tries to lure Archangel back to X-Man’s side to no avail. Magneto blames Betsy for taking away his peace and disappears. Archangel turns his attention to Psylocke and accuses her of putting his bloody Archangel persona back in control. Betsy is devastated. Jean’s team arrives on the scene, and Storm asks Warren to help them find X-Man. Hours later, Archangel leads the X-Men to Nate Grey’s hideout in Canada. Magneto, Blob and Omega Red appear before them. Soon after, X-Man himself makes his presence known. Jean tries to reason with him, who no longer considers himself as her son nor goes by the name Nate, only X-Man. Nate reveals he was the old lady Jean talked to in issue #1. Nothing Jean says gets through him. Betsy suggests subduing him once and for all, to which Jean and Storm agree. All twelve X-Men engage against Nate Grey, who easily overpowers them. Nate is especially irritated with Jubilee, throwing her far way. Jubilee lands right before the New X-Men students, who have just arrived with Madrox and Legion. Armor approaches X-Man, who admits he is dying and that’s why he wants to heal the world before his life comes to an end. Legion can’t take no more of Nate’s nonsense and banishes him to the Age of Apocalypse. Right then, X-Man, Pixie, Armor, Glob and Rockslide find themselves at the Age of Apocalypse, but the students are now donning a different, hellish look.

Uncanny X-Men #5 Spoilers

Spoilers: At X-Man’s hideouts in Canada, Kitty Pryde tells Nate he can’t end wars just by taking away guns. Apocalypse thinks she’s naïve and suggests Nate to just cleanse Earth of its delusions of holiness. X-Man takes his suggestion seriously and simply erases monuments of worship and religion all around the globe. This doesn’t sit well with Kitty, and Nate Grey says that she, as well as Apocalypse, has a place in his council, so she should respect his decisions as he’s trying to listen to all sides. Meanwhile, at the Gulf of Mexico, Jean’s team finishes saving all the oil rig workers. Blob and Omega Red make the oil platform burst into a wild nature environment and disappear. Back at the Xavier Institute, Beast checks the surveillance cameras to detect who has stolen the vaccine from his lab. Glob Herman brings Madrox back to the school’s ruins. Though Madrox still has some reservations, the students lead Legion to Cerebro so he can look for Nate Grey, which he does. David asks the kids to help him save the world. Elsewhere, in Chernaya, Storm’s team is caught up in a civil war while Magneto and Angel watch. Polaris confronts her father and asks about X-Man’s whereabouts. Magneto orders her to stand down and leave. Lorna is fed up and destroys the metal tribute Magneto has created for Nate Grey. Storm and Polaris fight Magneto, while Psylocke has come up with a plan to deal with Angel. Cannonball takes Warren down back to the ground. Betsy tries to reason with Angel, who, in turn, asks her to be by his side again in this new world. Psylocke apologizes and manifest her psychic sword, which she uses to strike down Angel. Her sword somehow reverts X-Man’s manipulations and Warren shifts back into Archangel. Warren blames Betsy for taking away the only peace he’s ever known and prepares to fight.

Uncanny X-Men #4 Spoilers

Spoilers: As Magneto blows up the Xavier Institute, Armor protects the X-Men with her powers while Jean and Psylocke mask their presence, creating an illusion of their deaths. The Horsemen leave thinking they have killed the X-Men, and Jean and Betsy are shocked to learn what Warren was turned into. In British Columbia, Canada, the Horsemen return to their Master, Nate Grey. It’s revealed that Nate has ordered the X-Men’s deaths and kidnapped Kitty, Apocalypse and the Senator. Nate sends a psychic message to the entire world, claiming that he will reshape the world in his image to bring peace and love. Nate then tasks Magneto and Angel to handle war-torn countries, and Blob and Omega to deal with humans taking mother nature’s resources. At the Xavier Institute subbasement level, Legion reveals he created the Madrox army to stop X-Man as he personally feels responsible for him since David created the Age of Apocalypse, where Nate comes from. Jean and Betsy put Legion to sleep, and he’s locked up. Armor is upset and thinks they should be listening to what Legion has to say. At Beast’s lab, Henry experiments with the anti-mutant vaccine, but a vial has gone missing. As reports of catastrophic events continues to come in, Jean decides to divide the X-Men into two teams again and drafts Armor for her team. Hisako declines and decides to stay behind with her fellow students. Storm’s team (Psylocke, Polaris, Nightcrawler, Cannonball and Jubilee) heads to Chernaya, a war-ridden country. Polaris notices the disturbance on the magnetic fields and confirms that Magneto was there. Betsy scans the civilians’ and soldiers’ minds and learns that Magneto and Angel took all their guns to create a metal statue of X-Man. The civilians and the army start fighting each other, and Storm gives them a good old-fashioned torrential thunderstorm. Meanwhile, in the Gulf of Mexico, Jean’s team (Iceman, Northstar, Bishop and X-23) head to an oil platform under attack by Blob and Omega. The X-Men face the Horseman and save the workers. Back at the school, Armor thinks the students should consider Legion’s help. Pixie disagrees, but the majority decides to help him. Glob then meets Madrox and asks for his help, as Legion has a plan to stop X-Man and Jamie might be the only one who can save the world.

Uncanny X-Men #3 Spoilers

Spoilers: In Montana, Jean’s team is successful in defeating the dinosaurs and saving civilians. Meanwhile in Kansas, Storm’s team is overwhelmed and Ororo reaches out to Jean and asks for backup. When Jean’s team arrives, her earlier vision of the future has come true. While the X-Men take on the dupes, both Jubilee and Northstar sustain serious injuries. Jean asks for Betsy’s help to join forces. They realize none of the dupes are Jamie Prime. Jean and Psylocke link their powers and manage to put all the dupes to sleep. The X-Men sense a bunker beneath the farm and Polaris leads the way, tearing the metal locks down. They find Jamie Prime chained and tied up. Jamie reveals Legion locked him up and forced him to multiply for days. Jamie claims Legion took each of his personalities and put them on each of his dupes. As Legion tried to erase his existence from the collective memories (see X-Men Legacy v2 #24), some doesn’t remember him like Iceman, but some do like Jean and Bishop. Back at the Xavier Institute, Legion introduces himself to the students and claims to be saving the world. When he’s told the X-Men are off fighting Madrox dupes, Legion starts losing his mind and takes a more aggressive personality. David says the X-Men are ruining his plans to save the world and attacks the students. Beast returns to the Institute at the same time as Jean’s team. Jubilee and Northstar are left in the medical bay while Jean, Beast, Nightcrawler, Bishop, X-23 and Jamie Prime fight Legion. David reveals he sent the vision of the future to Jean to protect the X-Men from what’s coming next. Jean realizes Legion is talking about the coming Horsemen of Salvation: Magneto, Angel, Blob and Omega Red. Magneto introduces himself as Horseman of Peace and claims his mission is to carry out his master’s will and put and end on those who create war, therefore, he must end the X-Men. Magneto then proceeds to destroy the mansion.

Uncanny X-Men #2 Spoilers

Spoilers: Jamie Madrox multiplies himself in large numbers in Kansas. At the Institute, Beast warns the X-Men that extinct dinosaurs and animals have begun to appear all across the globe. Other superhero groups are dealing with the situation, however one region is left defenseless, and Beast wants the X-Men to head to Montana. Psylocke suggests they should be addressing the disappearances of Kitty, Warren and the Senator, and Beast deduces it’s all connected. As the X-Men get ready to go, Jean uses Cerebra and tracks down Jamie Madrox in Kansas, learning that he’s planning another attack. Storm takes Psylocke, Nightcrawler, Polaris, Cannonball and Jubilee to pursue Madrox. There are thousands of dupes claiming to want to help. Psylocke can’t get a clear read on their minds. The dupes say it’s all their fault. Storm orders the X-Men to find Jamie Prime and immobilize him. After a brief fight, the dupes prove to be too much for the X-Men to handle. Elsewhere, Jean takes Iceman, Bishop, Northstar and X-23 to Montana. The X-Men team up to defeat the dinosaurs terrorizing the city. Meanwhile, Beast returns to the Fairview Laboratories to look for something. Back at the Xavier Institute, the students are upset that the X-Men went on a mission without them. While humans protest against mutants at their doorstep, Legion arrives at the School, claiming he will save the day.
