Cool to see Hepzibah back in action, wonder what role Betsy's gonna play in AvX

Ditto, nice to see Hepzibah again

I agree,. However, why is she grinning like the Cheshire Cat!?!? Duh. Silly me. Because, Land is drawing her.

Why does Magneto have THREE ARMS in one of the pictures? Why are the X-Men all smiley when they have just lost Utopia to the Avengers and their X-kids (plus part of the X-Club) were KIDNAPPED?? And why is She-Hulk slim, when she should have huge muscles? Damn you, Land!

LOL, F!

I had to do a double-take on Mags too! I realized how arm is just so bing and ripped with muscles that it looks like two, but it's just one. Greg Land's art remains a hot mess! LOL!

And who is that blonde with the bob-cut in the lower panel with Cyclops and Psylocke? Boom-Boom? Is she called that again? Or is it Boomer or Meltdown still?

Yes, it's Boom-Boom (and yes, she's called that again).

Have you people read the preview for the next Avengers Academy issue? There, when the X-Teens and X-Club are escorted by Wolverine and the Avengers, Hawkeye said that the X-Men "left them behind", while Quicksilver said that "they were taken as prisoners". Which of them do you think is telling the truth? Because if the X-Men really left their teenagers behind, they are real jerks (it wouldn't be the first time, though; remember when Cyclops left Boom-Boom, Surge and Hellion to die in order to send the X-Force to the future?); now, if they were forced to run away while the Avengers started arresting mutants in Utopia (where they have absolutely no authority to do that), then maybe Cyclops is right when he said the Avengers are fascists.

Anyway, I guess each book will give a different version for this capture (just like AvX showing Magneto and Colossus dropping the Avengers from their helicarrier in Utopia, while New Avengers shows the Avengers jumping from the helicarrier ready to attack).

Greg Land always gives me that feeling of de ja vu when I look at his work. Especially that last pic, last panel, with Hepzibah's smile. Before clicking on it to enlarge it I thought it was Emma in diamond form.

He's become this generations Rob Liefield. But in that comparison Greg is far better than Rob. I can not stand Rob's work, at all.
